How does a run work?+
A run asks up to 100 real buyer questions (your own prompt set) to 3 AI models with live web search, then analyzes every answer: who was recommended, in what order, with what sentiment, citing which sources. The result is your full dashboard.
What's the difference between One-time and Tracking?+
One-time is a single $49 run for one site — you can re-buy any time, and it upgrades to Tracking whenever you'd rather follow the trend than re-run by hand. Tracking is $99/mo for the same site with automatic weekly runs, trend lines, prompt-set management and the weekly AI Crawlability audit.
Can I pay yearly?+
Yes. Tracking is $99/mo, or $89/mo when you pay for the year — 10% off, $1,068 charged once, saving $120. Nothing about the product changes: it is still one run a week, 52 across the year, and model add-ons carry the same discount. Cancel part-way through a year and we refund the whole months you haven't used.
Which AI models are included?+
Every paid run covers 3 AI models, and which 3 is your call — GPT, Gemini and Perplexity are just the default, and swapping one for another costs nothing. Beyond that, each extra model is a flat price per run (One-time) or per month (Tracking). Claude and Grok are part of the Tracking subscription rather than a one-time check: they're the models worth watching over time.
Can I get more prompts?+
Yes — 100, 120, 150, 200 per language, on either plan. Each step costs exactly its share of your plan: 120 prompts is 20% more work, so it's 20% more, models and all. Above 200 we scope it with you.
Can I edit the prompts?+
Yes — all 100 of them are yours. Paid sites can add, recategorize and remove prompts, per language. Edits apply from the next run; past runs stay unchanged so your history stays honest.
What's the Memory vs Search gap?+
AI models answer either from training memory or from live web search. We run both and show the difference — whether you're already known to the model or only found when it searches. It's the single most actionable GEO signal.
Can I start without a credit card?+
